Heaton Park Park Run

Every Saturday hundreds of runners of all ages and abilities meet at the gorgeous grounds of Heaton Park for a free timed 5k park run.

Just turn up but if you want an official time each week you will need to register on the park run website and print off your bar code and take with you to pass to a volunteer when you have completed the 5k run. Visit the park run's wbesite to register here.
