This means a completely bespoke service - the care each person, and their family, wants - when they want it. What this consists of depends entirely on the individual. For some, it might be a hand with getting up or preparing meals. For others it might be companionship on trips out or simply a friend to share a cup of tea and a chat with. And this kind of person-centred care can’t rushed, which is why all our visits last at least a minimum of an hour.
