MOSU
In a nutshell:
MOSU is a modern contemporary restaurant and late-night lounge that will focus on bringing the authentic taste of Japan to the North of England.
MOSU will house the impressive Robata grill using Japanese binchotan coal to serve expertly grilled meats, fish and vegetables. Sushi will also take centre stage on the menu by using the best of the British seafood coupled with some daily imports direct from the Tsukiji fish market in Tokyo. Expect only the finest things to arrive on your plate at MOSU.
As for the bar, MOSU promises to bring a sophisticated mix of cocktails, beers, wines and the most exquisite sake menu in Manchester.
