The cocktail is called The Rainbow Wheel and will feature six flavoured Bellinis, each representing a colour of the LGBT+ pride flag, served on a big wheel.
The colour red that represents life will be a strawberry flavoured Bellini, orange that represents healing will be a peach flavoured Bellini, yellow that represents sunlight will be a lemon flavoured Bellini, green that represents nature will be an apple flavoured Bellini, indigo that represents serenity will be a blueberry flavoured Bellini, and violet that represents spirit will be a blackcurrant flavoured Bellini.
The Rainbow Wheel will be available throughout the Manchester Pride Festival that will be taking place between Friday 23rd and Monday 26th August 2019.
The Rainbow Wheel will cost £15.00, and for every cocktail sold, Randall and Aubin will donate £1 to The Proud Trust. The Proud Trust are an organisation that helps LGBT+ youth in Manchester.
Randall and Aubin are avid supporters of the LGBT+ community. Their first restaurant was launched in 1996 in Soho, the epicentre of London's gay scene.
Jamie Poulton, Managing Director at Randall and Aubin said “We’re delighted to be getting involved in Manchester's Pride celebrations. We’ve had a strong bond with the LGBT+ community since Randall and Aubins beginnings in Soho. When we made the decision to open a second location in Manchester, we wanted to continue our support.”
Randall and Aubin is located on Bridge St, just off Deansgate where the Pride parade will be setting off on Saturday 24th August
